When left unacknowledged, these hurts quietly grow and "fester" into resentment, depression, revenge or even physical illness.  IT'S TIME TO LISTEN TO OTHERS!

According to the Centers for Disease Control:

14%--20% of teens, ages 12-17, are now experiencing depression and anxiety disorders,

24.4%-37.7% of Young Adults, ages 18-25, are now experiencing mental distress, diagnosed depression and loneliness,

19.1%--29% of Adults, ages 26-49, are now experiencing mental illness, Adults, ages 26-50+, are now experiencing frequent mental distress and diagnosed depression while older Adults, ages 50+, are experiencing a combination of all of the

above plus loneliness.

NONE of this should be happening. WHY?  UNRESOLVED HURT AND TRAUMA. Have we become insensitive to the hurt and pain of others???
